Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened after delivery or if the product has been tried on or tested. Such products include, among others, cosmetic products and underwear, including swim shorts.

To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@onlymens.ee no later than within 14 days from receiving the goods.

The return costs are borne by the buyer, except where the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order, for example if the product is incorrect or defective.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the above-mentioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal application, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the cost related to the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
