Küsi eksperdiltThe owner of the online store Onlymens.ee (hereinafter Online Store) is Nainto OÜ (registry code 17369761, VAT no. EE102923179), located at Harju County, Kuusalu Parish, Kuusalu Small Borough, E. Ahrensi tn 14-10, 74601, Estonia.
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the delivery method chosen by the buyer. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required data fields must be completed and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid securely through the payment methods displayed in the Online Store.
The following payment methods may be available in the Online Store:

Payments are mediated by AS LHV Pank. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via a bank link, in the secure environment of the relevant bank, and when paying by card, in the secure payment environment of AS LHV Pank. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.
The contract enters into force when the amount payable has been received in the Online Store’s bank account or when the payment service provider has confirmed that the payment was successful.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor AS LHV Pank.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the paid amount, including delivery costs, will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from sending the notice.
Goods are delivered only within Estonia.
To receive the goods, the buyer can choose between the delivery methods displayed in the Online Store when placing the order.
The delivery costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
During the first year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.
If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to info@onlymens.ee or by calling +372 5848 6135.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that have occurred after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund to the buyer all payments related to the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods to the buyer.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and confirming their wish to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by e-mail at any time by notifying the Online Store by e-mail at info@onlymens.ee or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offer.
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@onlymens.ee or communicated by calling +372 5848 6135.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure rules can be reviewed and an application can be submitted on the website https://komisjon.ee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
