Delivery

Onlymens.ee delivers orders within Estonia to parcel machines and by courier. When placing an order, you can choose the delivery method that suits you and see the exact delivery cost before making the payment.

Order processing

Order processing begins after the payment has been successfully received or the payment service provider has confirmed that the payment was successful.

Once the order has been paid for, we will start processing it as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 business days.

During order processing, product availability is checked, the order is packed, and the parcel is handed over to the selected transport partner.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is shown next to each product. Before placing an order, please check the delivery information shown next to the specific product, as delivery times may vary by product.

If the order contains several products with different delivery times, the longer delivery time is generally used. In this case, the order will be shipped when all products in the order are ready for packing.

The delivery time is estimated and may depend on product availability, the workload of the transport partner, public holidays or other circumstances that are not directly dependent on Onlymens.ee.

Delivery methods

Onlymens.ee sends parcels to most parcel machines in Estonia. When placing an order, the available delivery methods and parcel machines will be displayed to you.

The following parcel machine providers may be available:

• Itella Smartpost parcel machines;
• Omniva parcel machines;
• DPD parcel machines;
• Venipak parcel machines;
• Unisend parcel machines.

In addition to parcel machines, it may also be possible to choose DPD courier at checkout, in which case the parcel will be delivered to the address entered by you.

Ordering to a parcel machine

When ordering to a parcel machine, choose a suitable parcel machine at checkout. We recommend choosing a parcel machine that is convenient for you to collect the parcel from.

When the parcel has arrived at the parcel machine, you will receive a notification by SMS or e-mail. The notification contains instructions for collecting the parcel.

Please make sure when placing the order that your phone number and e-mail address are correct, as delivery-related information will be sent through them.

Courier delivery

If you choose DPD courier, the parcel will be delivered to the address specified in the order. When using courier delivery, make sure to enter the correct address, phone number and, if necessary, additional information that helps the courier deliver the parcel.

The courier may contact you before delivery or send a delivery-related notification.

Delivery price

The delivery price depends on the selected delivery method and is displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

Before payment, the order summary will show the cost of the products, the delivery price and the total order amount.

If the online store has an active free delivery campaign or free delivery applies from a certain purchase amount, the relevant information will be displayed in the cart or at checkout.

If delivery is delayed

If the delivery of the order is delayed or if there is a need to clarify order details, we will contact you via the e-mail address or phone number provided in the order.
